This site is the digital culmination of an illustration project. All the drawings were done from photographs (mostly pulled from Facebook and Instagram), on plain old computer paper with thin Sharpie.

I drew 140 Characters from January to July, 2014. All the drawings, along with some original large-scale acrylic paintings, were on display for a show in New Haven in August, 2014.

I’d like to send a special thank you to everyone who said “hey cool” and kept me motivated, especially Zee, Mila, Shaboo, and Frankie. Additional shout out to all the awesome folks who came to the opening, including but not limited to Ali, Steena, Constance, Aarica, Jeroy, Jesus, Keyonna, Joyce, Katz, my parents, and the aforementioned Mila, Shaboo, and Frankie.
